Appointment Scheduling

Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8-5; 12-1 we are closed for lunch. 

Our office staff attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience as soon as time is available. Emergencies are scheduled on an as needed basis. Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care may be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.

Payment Policies

Just as we are committed to providing excellent pediatric dental care, we are concerned about making it affordable for you. Payment for dental services is usually due at the time of treatment. We make every effort to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, most major credit cards as well as both private and government insurance. We ask that you bring your insurance information with you to each appointment, and we will be happy to file your claim for you.

You may be responsible for any deductible and/or copayment, depending on your particular insurance company. For private insurance we ask that you pay the estimated amount that the insurance is expected not to pay. Because insurance policies vary and change, we can only estimate your coverage. Most importantly, please keep us informed of any insurance changes, such as policy name, address or change in employment status to help avoid delay in reimbursement for services.
